JobCoffin provides ADHD-friendly career coaching and job search support services via email and web interface. The Service includes:

• Personalized career coaching via email
• Job application tracking and management
• Interview preparation resources
• Career development tools and strategies
• ADHD-specific workplace support

3. User Requirements

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: $29.99/month (founding members lock this rate forever)

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing coach@jobcoffin.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service (coaching materials, templates, resources) remains the property of JobCoffin/Coach Hype LLC. You may use these materials for your personal career development but may not redistribute, sell, or commercialize them.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Not Medical or Therapeutic Services:

JobCoffin provides career coaching, NOT medical treatment, psychiatric care, or ADHD diagnosis. If you need medical or mental health support, please consult appropriate healthcare professionals.

Not a Crisis Intervention or Suicide Prevention Service:

JobCoffin is a job search coaching platform, NOT a mental health crisis service, suicide prevention hotline, or emergency intervention provider. While we provide supportive coaching during stressful job search periods, we are not equipped to handle mental health emergencies.

While we provide evidence-based coaching strategies, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interviews, or salary increases. Career success depends on many factors beyond our control.

Service "As Is":

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobCoffin and Coach Hype LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Data Collection and Use

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
